LURES & LURE COMPONENTS

GLC provides the design and engages a pre-selected team of offshore manufacturers to produce our new line of freshwater and Big Game fishing lures. We provide custom design engineering and manufacturing of lures and lure components. We have high volume capabilities for spin casting, die casting, blade stamping, laser cutting, CNC machining, wire bending, chroming, color chroming, silver and gold plating, aluminum anodizing, vacuum metalizing, custom hand painting, plastic and nylon injection molding, silicone compression and injection molding, lure assembly, and custom mold/die design and production. We have designed and patented 8 new lure products in the past 18 months. We offer our new line of lures to lure companies and distributors worldwide. We can also take your conceptual designs, concepts, and ideas and design your lure for ultimate functionality and production efficiency. Or, we can work directly from your established design drawings, specs and CAD data. We have fully equipped CNC machine shops and make their own molds and dies, so we can custom produce virtually anything you would want.

GLC LURES

GLC TORPEDO PROP

The Torpedo Prop is a 2.5 oz. big game fishing lure with 8/0 or 10/0 hook specially developed for offshore trolling or casting with Tuna as its primary target. However, it can be an effective lure for a variety of saltwater and freshwater big game fish. The lure body is made from machined aluminum with welded-in aluminum pectoral and dorsal fins. The fins can be manually bent to achieve diving, planning, and side to side actions. It is available in a variety of custom translucent paints and holographic effects. And, we incorporate our 3D holographic eyes in a full spectrum of color selections. We employ our EASY PROP holographic flash skirt in numerous standard and custom colors for action, sound, and maximum flash. GLC HOLO-SIL HOLOGRAPHIC FLASH BIG GAME SPINNER BAIT

Our Holographic Flash Big Game Spinner bait was designed to exhibit our newly developed Big Game Holo-Sil skirt. It is a 1.25 oz. big game fishing lure with 8/0 hook specially developed for large freshwater fish with Muskie as its primary target.  However, it can be an effective lure for a variety of saltwater and freshwater species. It includes our 3D holographic eyes in a full spectrum of color selections. GLC HOLO-SIL BIG EYE SPINNER BAIT

Our HOLO-SIL Holographic Flash Big Eye Spinner Bait was designed to exhibit our newly developed small game sized Holo-Sil Easy Hub skirt and our line of 3D holographic eyes. It is a smaller game fishing lure specially developed for freshwater bass fishing. However, it can be an effective lure for a variety of saltwater and freshwater species. It is equipped with our 3D holographic big eyes in a full spectrum of color selections and comes in 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 oz. sizes. GLC EASY BANDED SWIM JIG

The EASY BAND Swim Jig was designed to exhibit our newly developed 80 strand EASY BAND skirt. It is also equipped with our 3D holographic eyes in a full spectrum of color selections and with our stainless steel mounted adjustable weed guard. We offer 3/8, 1/2, and 5/8 oz sizes.
