GLC's first of its kind, patented silicone skirted tube significantly out-performs the classic Platisol tube skirt. The durable silicone tube body and skirt will far out last any soft plastic bait. These baits can take the hits, and the action is far better than the standard soft plastic tube skirting - Silicone skirting breaths and pulsates, PlastiSol does not. And since these baits are all silicone the colorations and printing options are unlimited. Our skirted tubes are available in 2 styles - the standard one piece with rattlin jig insert, and the 2 piece, which includes a silicone tube, rattlin jig, and our patented Easy Hub skirt. Tube jigs available in sizes from 1/8 oz. to 1 oz.

GLC Fishing has developed a new process for compounding multi-color UV pigments into our silicone, and for silk-screening these pigments on to one side of the silicone sheet. Our first ever UV glow skirts provide distinctive glow at water depths where only the suns UV spectrum is transmitted. Our UV Glow skirting give a powerful, bright glow at depths in Blue, Green, Violet, Red, Yellow, and White glow colors.

GLC proudly introduces the first ever, patented Game Fish Prey Image and Appendage Easy Hub Skirt. For years, anglers have been adding relatively stiff, soft plastic or Plastisol fish prey images as trailers to their skirted lures. GLC has now invented a lure skirt that incorporates these fish prey appendage and image shapes into the skirt. The advantages are clear. No more need to purchase soft plastics that have limited durability. When used on our patented easy on/easy off Easy Hub Skirt it is now easier and less expensive to add and interchange fish prey images to any jig or wire baits. And lastly and most importantly, the silicone appendages and images incorporated into our skirts are extremely breathable and provide a much greater dynamic pulsation and action. he visual images of natural game fish prey combined with their pulsating action invoke aggressive reaction strikes. We now offer these skirt in textured silicone. These heavy textured strand skirts provide fullness and body much like the traditional soft plastic chunk. Only they are more flexible and breathable, and when combined with our swirl (Living Image) coloration, they create an exceptional prey-like appearance.

Textured Silicone

Our textured silicone is produced in 3 varieties, a light texture for smaller freshwater skirting to create additional action and pulsation, a medium texture for freshwater jigs skirts to provide and fuller body and more life-like appearance, and a deep texture for our saltwater Smoker skirts creating sensational pulsation and smoke trail. The light and medium textured skirts hold air bubbles and then release the bubbles slowly while jigging. The deep textured "Smoker" skirts used for offshore trolling provide excellent bubble smoke.

Wired Rig (No Head)

The basic wire-only "Wired" Rig uses a hardened silicone collar which slides downward to retract the umbrella wires for easy storage. For this model, we use fully hardened 304SS, 0.8 mm or 1.0 mm diameter wires that are extremely durable. The wire bundle is crimped in a brass sleeve, spot welded, and covered with shrink wrap to assure the wires stay locked. One of our patented Easy Hub skirts can be installed over the wire bundle for added attraction. Or, one of our first of its kind all silicone tube skirts can be used.
